The assistant uses artificial intelligence (AI) to answer common questions automatically; you are not chatting with a person unless one of us joins the conversation. It passes your request to us so we can follow up on your estimate. Please don't share sensitive information through the chat.

Please don't send us sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through this website. We don't need it to give you an estimate.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. These may record your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is a small identifier that lets the chat assistant remember your conversation if you return to the page. If we add anything else in the future, we will update this policy first.

• AGV Digital, the company that built and maintains this website, runs the chat assistant. Chat conversations are stored on its servers so that we can read and answer them.

When the law requires it

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfer
